Flat C consists of ground kitchen, bathroom linked by new stair to basement living room and bedroom with dressing room. Natural indirect light introduced to the living/bedroom area via basement glass blocks. The new entrance door replaced the existing workshop door in the middle part of the ground floor.

The brief concept is : simple, decoration not required.
